This year’s Christmas dinner was a special one. We visited the Oesterij in Yerseke, Zeeland, a historic site where oysters are still cultivated the traditional way. We got a tour of the oyster beds, learned more about the process, and tasted them fresh from the source. A nice way to wrap up the year.
